  • PONY
    Any horse of any breed which stands 14.2hh or shorter.

  • GERMAN WARMBLOOD
    A horse that is a breed of Warmblood that originated in Germany such as Hannoverian, Bavarian Warmblood, Holsteiner, and Trakehner. It cannot have any non-Warmblood blood except for that which meets the criteria set by the WBS.

  • OTHER WARMBLOOD
    A horse that is a breed of Warmblood that originated outside of Germany such as Swedish Warmblood, Dutch Warmblood, American and Canadian Warmblood. It cannot have any non-Warmblood blood except for that which meets the criteria set by the WBS.

  • STOCK HORSE
    Quarter Horses, Appaloosas, Paints and similar breeds that were used for ranch work and the like.

  • HOTBLOODS
    Arabians, Shagya Arabians, Thoroughbreds and Anglo-Arabians only. Sporthorses: Horses not in any of those groups.

  • GENDERS
    Stallions: Entire male horses 4 years and up.
    Mares: Female horses 4 years and up.
    Geldings: Castrated male horses.
    Youngstock: Any sex of horse 3 years and under.
